You are also a strong communicator, capable of providing top-tier support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support 4-5 concurrent projects, managing a prioritized backlog and responding to technical requests.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across our technology stack, using problem-solving and reverse engineering skills.
• Work closely with the team to enhance support infrastructure through containerization and modern development tools like Daytona.io.
• Contribute to the integration of AI-powered development tools (e.g., Devin.ai, Aider, OpenHands, Blackbox.ai, Cybercoder) to automate routine tasks and boost productivity.
• Participate in technical discussions to improve our platform support practices.

Requirements

• Must be located in Latin America.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Available for a full-time role aligned with Pacific Time business hours, including a daily stand-up at 8:45 AM PT.
• Must have access to both Android and iPhone devices for testing.

Technical Expertise

• Full-stack experience with the ability to implement changes across front-end (UI), back-end (logic, integrations), architecture, and service layers.
• Hands-on experience with mobile development and deployment.
• 3+ years of experience with the following technologies:
  • React & React Native
  • Flutter (mobile & web)
  • Vue & TypeScript
  • PHP & MySQL
