At GoGrow, we are seeking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure using Snowflake, SQL Mesh, Python, AWS, and more.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Balance technical debt, feature development, and project execution.
• Support our team through hiring, onboarding, and mentoring engineers.

Requirements: 

• 5+ years in software engineering, specializing in data engineering and system integrations.
• Advanced English skills.
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of successful technical execution.
• Expertise in EHRs, healthcare data management, and cloud technologies.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and project prioritization.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with a problem-solving mindset.
• Based in Latam.
