Part-Time Office & HR Operations Assistant
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and positive person to join us part-time as our Office & HR Operations Assistant. You’ll help keep our office running smoothly, support the team, and take on a mix of admin and HR tasks.
What you’ll do:
- Be present in the office to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Coordinate vendors, supplies, and deliveries
- Support admin tasks like travel bookings and expense tracking
- Help with onboarding basics (equipment, access, orientation)
- Assist with recruitment logistics (scheduling interviews, posting roles)
- Help with organizing team events and keeping the office vibe alive
What we’d love to see:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- A hands-on and proactive attitude with good communication skills
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and Slack
