About the Role

GoGrow is looking for a Junior QA Analyst to join our team and help ensure the quality and reliability of digital products across multiple projects.

You’ll be responsible for manually testing web, iOS, and Android applications, collaborating with developers, designers, and project managers to deliver top-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing on multiple web and mobile (iOS and Android) projects to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
  • Execute test cases, regression tests, and exploratory testing to ensure stable releases.
  • Report and document bugs using Linear and Jam.dev, with clear reproduction steps and screenshots/videos.
  • Use TestFlight (iOS) and internal Android builds to validate new releases.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to reproduce, track, and verify fixes.
  • Ensure new features meet functional, visual, and UX requirements.
  • Maintain QA documentation, including test plans, checklists, and summaries.
  • Communicate findings and updates clearly with both internal teams and, when needed, clients in English.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in manual QA testing (internship or academic experience welcome).
  • Understanding of web and mobile app testing (iOS and Android).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a methodical mindset.
  • Familiarity with tools like Linear, Jam.dev, TestFlight, and basic use of Chrome DevTools.
  • Effective communication skills and good English level (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Experience testing Android APKs, iOS builds, or web staging environments.
  • Familiarity with Postman for basic API testing.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
