About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Fullstack Developer with 0 to 3 years of experience who is eager to grow and build high-quality software.

You will work alongside experienced engineers to develop and maintain modern web applications. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, contribute meaningfully, and have real impact.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs

  • Build and improve user-facing features

  • Integrate frontend and backend systems

  • Work with relational databases

  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

  • Contribute to testing, debugging, and continuous improvement

  • Integrate with 3rd-party APIs

  • Participate in meetings with clients

What Weโ€™re Looking For

Technical Skills

  • 0โ€“3 years of experience in software development (internships, bootcamps, or strong personal projects are welcome)

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Ruby and Python

  • Experience or familiarity with React for frontend development

  • Understanding of backend development concepts

  • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL)

  • Familiarity with Git

  • Nice to have: Docker, testing frameworks, DevOps, and CI/CD experience

  • Conversational English (comfortable participating in meetings and written communication)

Soft Skills

  • Potential and willingness to grow into a technical leadership role

  • Problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment

  • Clear and proactive communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments
