We're looking for a Fullstack Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience who takes ownership of their work and is interested in growing into a technical leadership role over time. You'll work across multiple client projects alongside experienced engineers, contributing at both the frontend and backend level.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs

• Develop and improve user-facing features

• Integrate frontend and backend systems across multiple projects

• Work with relational databases, including data modeling decisions

• Participate in and lead code reviews

• Integrate with third-party APIs

• Join client meetings and communicate technical context clearly

• Contribute to testing, debugging, and engineering practices

What we're looking for

Technical

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience

• Solid experience with React or Ruby on Rails

• Good understanding of backend architecture and API design

• Comfortable with relational databases and SQL

• Fluent with Git and standard development workflows

• Nice to have: Docker, testing frameworks, CI/CD, DevOps

• Nice to have: experience in agency or multi-client environments

Soft skills

• Interest in moving toward a technical leadership role

• Able to work independently and manage ambiguity

• Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously

• Conversational English - written and spoken

• Proactive in flagging issues and proposing solutions
