# Full-Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails + React)

GoGrow is looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to join our team and work directly with our US-based clients. You'll own features end to end, from database to UI, and act as a technical point of contact in client meetings.

**What you'll do**

- Build and maintain full-stack features using Ruby on Rails (backend) and React (frontend)

- Take ownership of projects from planning through delivery

- Join meetings with US clients to discuss requirements, progress, and technical trade-offs

- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and help uphold engineering standards

**What we're looking for**

- 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer

- Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React

- Excellent spoken and written English, you'll be communicating with clients directly

- A responsible, self-driven approach; someone we can trust to own their work

- Clear communication and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical people

**Nice to have**

- Experience leading teams or projects

- Experience working with remote/international clients
